This advanced course covers the process for competent file reviewing for both the “File Reviewer” and “ Inside Claims Handling Adjuster”. Upon completion of this course, you should be equipped and competent in providing efficient and effective reviews of completed assignments. Your review competency will focus on inspection and estimate accuracy, policy review and application, and claim settlement recommendations. ***NOTE*** This advance course is not recommended for those who do not have previous experience and proficiency with claims handling procedures including estimating software proficiency, material/damage recognition, and policy comprehension.

Knowing what the carrier wants and communication is key with this class. I was able to be effective and efficient as the description states. This is a huge help to make sure the field adjusters understand what is required while also providing solid files to the desk adjuster to prevent multiple questions that can easily be addressed the first go around.
