Upon completion of this course, you should be competent in reviewing your new claims assignments for vital information, efficiently planning your inspection, effective material and damage recognition, proficiently sketching and measuring all material types/locations, and effectively utilize standard and specialized trade tools/equipment to complete your property inspection/scope of loss.

This class was one of the best classes I have taken. This class made me the adjuster I am today. I did not know anything about material let alone hot to scope a property claim. I took this class before I even got license. It was brand new information to me and Jon walk through it very detail.no matter how many questions everyone was asking. He answered everyone question send even made it fun throwing prizes across the run when we answered a question correct. I highly recommend this class to new and veteran adjusters. Adjusting = always adjusting to new things. Always things to learn!!!

The basics of this class help carry every claim. Without it you cannot properly document the claim files. I can say with this I learned what is needed and what is a efficient way to process claims in a timely manner to get paid.
