About

Next Step Adjuster Training was formed to provide high quality interactive instructional courses designed to systematically train and guide insurance claims handling professionals through the “next steps” of their professional claims handling career.

Steps of Success

Our training courses are designed to guide you through STEPS OF SUCCESS to fit with your claims handling experience (From Beginning to Pro Level). It is our goal to provide you the high quality interactive instructional training and resources to help you successfully handle your claim assignments both proficiently and effectively.

 Step 1: So I got my adjusters license…..Now What do I do?

This is where we all start in our claims process. And depending on what area of claims handling you are pursuing; this can become very overwhelming very quickly. Our recommendation is to start with securing the basic skill sets and information needed to professionally handle any assignment offered to you. We currently offer the following courses to assist with this process and will always be expanding this list.

What’s My Next Step:

 Step 2: Increasing your certification and training portfolio

Proven to be efficient/effective trainers

  • There is an old saying “Those who can’t do – Teach”. Our trainers are dedicated to prove this saying is inaccurate and more than likely should be worded “Only a few that can Do the Job well can effectively teach others to do the Job”.We know that not everyone is capable of training others efficiently and effectively. Our trainers are expected to bring “EVERY” one of their students across the finish line of competency on their course material. They are expected to be available for their course participants throughout the course and after the course is completed.
Our Training

Current and Accurate Training Material is a must in our training curriculum. Our trainers are expected to stay current with current technology and system changes.  As well, they are expected to make sure their material is accurately demonstrating the industry standards regarding the course content.

We understand that everyone learns and retains material differently. We utilize the VARK (Visual, Audio, Reading/Writing, Kinetic) and EDGE (Explain, Demonstrate, Guide, Enable) method in all of our course work to make sure that all the known learning methods are utilized to train the needed material.

We have a “100% competency guarantee” on all our courses. If you did not get it the first time, you can take it again free of charge.

Disclaimer Note; This offer is only available for courses scheduled and offered “In Person” and the course has to have a “vacant” non-paid seat available for the preferred date/time of the course.

Our Classroom

Most of our “In Person” trainer led courses will have a limited attendance (usually less than 20 participants). Our goal is to insure that each participant has the needed instructor attention to secure a complete competency of the course material.

Don’t want to Travel? – We Can Come To You!

We try to provide a variety of course locations to offer our training for our participants convenience. We understand the expense and time commitment associated with securing the needed training to move forward in this industry.

We are prepared to make our trainers available to travel wherever requested for any of the training we offer. We will require a large enough group to accommodate the expenses involved in providing this course or the willingness for individuals to pay a group rate for individual training.
